Who we are

This website is operated by ROC Affordable Housing Corporation ("RAHC," "we," "us"), a New York not-for-profit corporation and 501(c)(3), and the housing arm of The Rural Outreach Center. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is — and isn't

This site is informational. It describes who we are, the communities we work in, and our housing projects. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, a guarantee of housing, or a promise of eligibility, funding, rent, or availability. Project details — timelines, designs, income targets, and availability — are works in progress and may change. When homes become available, any application or eligibility process will be governed by its own separate terms and applicable program rules.

Information here is provided for general purposes and is not legal, financial, housing, or other professional advice. Don't rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your situation.

Your submissions

When you send us information through a form, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting Masonic Lodge feedback, you grant us permission to use it as described on that form and in our Privacy Policy — including publishing it according to the quote preference you selected. Please don't submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, scrape or harvest data in bulk, impersonate others, or use the site to send spam or malware.

Our content

The text, images, renderings, logos, and design on this site are owned by RAHC or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Architectural renderings are concepts and do not depict final, built work.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other organizations (such as The Rural Outreach Center or public agencies). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that information is complete or current.
